Sheila was absolutely wonderful to work with. The hubby and I had limited availability since we live 3.5 hours away, but Sheila was easy to communicate with and flexible with her time. When she had an unfortunate family emergency, she proactively connected us with a colleague to view some homes (who was also very lovely to work with). She was always very engaged with every home we surveyed, and gave us lots of really good insight on the Tahoe area. There was never any pressure to make a hasty offer on any home. She was always patient while we waited for that perfect home to come on the market. Sheila shined even more after we went into contract. She emailed and texted on a regular basis. She coordinated with the loan and escrow officers to get the house to close in a timely manner, even though the other RE agent was elusive a few times (almost verging on incompetent). We would have been an anxious mess if it wasn’t for Sheila. We were very lucky to have had her in our corner.
